    Job Description

    DLZ is looking for bright and motivated Engineer  graduates to join the team!! We are looking for new graduates pursuing careers in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering in multiple location.



    • Perform engineering, construction, and design assignments of a limited nature, requiring a solid grasp of at least one engineering discipline and the exercise of professional judgment.
    • Perform work under close supervision or provide support to more experienced personnel.
    • Perform analyses and design required for minor structures, systems and equipment items.
    • Prepare sketches and diagrams for use by technicians. Review and check detailed drawings and layouts.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, economic and technical feasibility studies, and studies aimed at evaluating alternative systems, equipment, materials or engineer¬ing methods.
    • Assist in the preparation of contract specifications and special provisions.
    • Assist in the preparation of construction cost estimates.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals.
    • Review Contractor's shop drawing submittals.
    • Perform construction monitoring.
    • Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
    • Coordinate field activities.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering field.
    • Prefer 1 – 2 internships in relevant field
    • Must possess a level of proficiency with software programs (Microsoft Office, analytical, modeling, CAD, GIS, etc.) inherent to successful completion of the work assigned.
    • Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites and complying with all applicable safety codes and requirements.
